Traditional TV will be around for a long time to come. All the talk lately has been about enhancing TV with the internet. But in a world where “There’s an app for that” (a phrase recently trademarked believe it or not), why hasn’t there been more interest in taking the TV out of the living room, letting you put that high monthly cable bill to better use? Most people view this service as a tool, to get you where you want to go without ever needing to ask for directions. Waze is an app that builds on the standard GPS navigation service by keeping users plugged in to the world of social media, and does so quite well.
